7 marathons, 7 days, 7 continents: Steve Moisan is completing an impossible feat to raise money for Fondation Olo!

Steve Moisan is taking on the challenge of a lifetime, and in the process, is raising money to ensure pregnant women in vulnerable situations are able to give birth to healthy babies.

A dedicated member of the marathon community, Steve has been an integral part of the running world for over three decades. His marathon journey began in 2001, marking the moment when he laced up his running shoes and embarked on a lifelong love affair with the sport.

Steve's commitment to running shines as brightly as the sun on a peaceful morning run. He's achieved remarkable feats, such as attaining the Iridium level in the Marathon Maniacs club by completing 11 marathons in 11 months across 11 different states. He's not merely a marathon enthusiast; he's a genuine running aficionado who cherishes the journey over the finish line.

Balancing a demanding running schedule with being a father of three children, Steve demonstrates how one can seamlessly integrate personal passions with family responsibilities.

Beyond his personal achievements, Steve is on a mission to showcase that runners possess generous hearts, not just strong legs. During his current training for the challenge of running 7 marathons in 7 days on 7 continents, he's running to make a positive impact on the world.

In his philanthropic pursuits, Steve has chosen to give back to Fondation Olo, an organization dedicated to providing support to vulnerable pregnant women and their babies by offering nutritional advice from a dedicated health professional, prenatal vitamins, and coupons for eggs, milk and frozen vegetables.

Fondation Olo, for healthy babies!

Fondation Olo's mission is to give families an equal chance of bringing a healthy baby into the world and introducing them to healthy eating habits early on.

Fondation Olo's action takes place during baby's first 1,000 days, from pregnancy to two years of age, which is a crucial period for baby's development.

So that baby is born in good health, Fondation Olo offers a personalized follow-up care program through their local CLSC to pregnant women in need, which includes their daily dose of prenatal vitamins and coupons for eggs, milk and frozen vegetables.

So that the family adopts healthy eating habits, Fondation Olo provides educational tools and professional advice for both parents and Olo care providers to encourage three behaviours: eating well, cooking and family mealtimes.

Since 1991, over 250,000 babies have been born in better health throughout Quebec thanks to Fondation Olo and its donors!

Thank you for your support!
